Pour the cream of chicken soup over the mixture. Stir in the golden raisins and pine nuts. Simmer until heated through and the flavors have melded (5-10 minutes).

For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas or white beans.
A sprinkle of crumbled goat cheese or Parmesan adds a delightful tang and richness.
Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan before adding them to the dish for enhanced flavor.
