For extra flavor, brush the meatloaf with additional steak sauce during the last 15 minutes of baking. To prevent the meatloaf from drying out, place a pan of water on the bottom rack of the oven while baking. Blanching the broccoli ensures it's tender and doesn't release excess moisture into the meatloaf. Feel free to experiment with different cheeses and fillings, such as mozzarella, provolone, spinach, or mushrooms.
