For a richer flavor, try using brown butter in step 3. Fresh tarragon can be substituted for dried; use about 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh tarragon. A sprinkle of breadcrumbs on top of the Parmesan adds a nice textural element. Serve with crusty bread for dipping into the delicious sauce.
