Follow The Directions

01

Step

Prepare the baking dish: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Assemble the base: Halve the Hawaiian rolls horizontally. Place the bottom halves in the prepared dish. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Prepare the mustard butter: In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, Dijon mustard, onion powder, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush half of this mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Layer the fillings: Evenly layer the pulled pork, ham, Swiss cheese, and pickle chips (2 per slider) onto the bottom halves. (10 minutes)

05

Step

Top and brush: Cover with the top halves of the rolls. Brush the remaining mustard butter over the tops. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Chill: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. (30 minutes)

07

Step

Bake: Bake covered for 20 minutes. Remove the foil, gently press down on the sliders with a spatula. Bake uncovered until heated through and the tops are golden and crispy, approximately 15 minutes longer. (35 minutes)

08

Step

Serve: Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a thin spread of mayonnaise to the bottom buns before layering the other ingredients.
Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese, such as Gruyere or provolone.
If you don't have poppy seeds on hand, you can omit them or substitute sesame seeds.
Leftover sliders can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warmed through.
