Warm the chocolate-hazelnut spread in the microwave at 360W until it is warm and easily pourable, about 1 minute. Stir well to ensure even consistency. If needed, microwave for an additional 30 seconds, checking frequently to prevent burning. (2 minutes)

Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Drizzle two-thirds of the warmed chocolate-hazelnut spread in a swirl pattern over the batter. Pour the remaining cake batter over the chocolate-hazelnut layer, and then swirl the remaining spread over the top. Use a bamboo skewer or toothpick to create a marbled effect by gently running it through the batter in a circular motion. Avoid stirring the mixture excessively to maintain the distinct marbled design. (10 minutes)

Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes before removing it and slicing. (70 minutes)

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for optimal mixing and a smooth batter.
Be careful not to overmix the batter once the flour is added to prevent a tough cake.
Adjust the microwave time for warming the Nutella® according to your microwave's power to avoid overheating.
For a more intense Nutella® flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the chocolate-hazelnut spread before swirling it into the batter.
