Do not overmix the ground beef mixture, as this can result in tough Kafta. Mix only until the ingredients are just combined. Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper to your preference. If you prefer a milder flavor, reduce or omit it entirely. Kafta can also be cooked in a skillet or baked in the oven. To bake, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
