Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil, ensuring the ends extend over the sides to create easy handles for removing the fudge. (5 minutes)

02

Step
3 mins

Melt the Chocolate: In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, butter, and water. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, or until the butter is melted. Stir until the chocolate is completely smooth and melted. If needed, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning. (3 minutes)

03

Step
5 mins

Incorporate Pudding and Sugar: Add the dry chocolate instant pudding mix to the melted chocolate mixture. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes to ensure it's fully incorporated and smooth. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition until the mixture is thick and well blended. (5 minutes)

04

Step
3 mins

Assemble and Decorate: Press the fudge mixture evenly onto the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle the multi-colored sprinkles generously over the top of the fudge. Gently press the sprinkles into the fudge to help them adhere. (3 minutes)

05

Step
2 hrs

Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once firm, use the foil handles to lift the fudge from the pan. Cut into bite-sized squares. Serve and enjoy! (120 minutes)

For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a teaspoon of vanilla extract or a pinch of sea salt to the melted chocolate mixture.
Be sure to use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and texture.
If you don't have an 8-inch square pan, you can use a similar-sized pan, but the thickness of the fudge may vary.
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

My fudge turned out a little grainy. What did I do wrong?" - Chef's Note: Make sure you are using sifted powdered sugar to avoid graininess. Also, be careful not to overheat the chocolate when melting it.
