For extra flavor, try grilling the corn before cutting the kernels off the cob. Feel free to substitute other vegetables in the salsa, such as avocado or mango. To reduce the heat, remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and use less cayenne pepper. If you don't have a grill, you can pan-sear the fish in a skillet over medium-high heat.
