Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a standard loaf pan. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a large bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Whisk in the eggs, sugar, honey, oil, and vanilla extract until well combined. (5 minutes)

03

Step

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. (3 minutes)

04

Step

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Be careful not to overmix. (5 minutes)

05

Step

Gently fold in the grated zucchini, grated carrot, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter. (3 minutes)

06

Step

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. (1 minute)

07

Step

Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean. (55 minutes)

08

Step

Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. (10 minutes)

For an even richer flavor, try toasting the whole wheat flour in a dry pan for 5 minutes before adding it to the rest of the dry ingredients
Add walnuts or pecans for extra texture and flavor.
Store the cooled bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage.
