Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a food processor or large bowl, combine the drained tuna, soy sauce, chopped cilantro, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, grated ginger, eggs, salt, pepper, and almond meal. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Mix until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture reaches a firm consistency suitable for forming patties. (2 minutes)

03

Step

Divide the tuna mixture into four equal portions. Gently form each portion into a patty, ensuring they are compact and hold their shape. (5 minutes)

04

Step

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Make sure the pan is hot before adding the patties. (3 minutes)

05

Step

Carefully place the tuna burgers in the hot oil. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until the patties are set and nicely browned. (10 minutes)

06

Step

Remove the tuna burgers from the pan and serve immediately. Enjoy them on their own, or with your favorite Paleo-friendly toppings and sides.

For an extra flavor boost, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the tuna mixture.
If the tuna mixture seems too wet, add a bit more almond meal to achieve the desired consistency.
These burgers can also be baked in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve with a side of avocado or a fresh salad for a complete and healthy meal.
