Serve the shawarma with warm pita bread, hummus, tahini sauce, and your favorite fresh vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. The marinated chicken can also be grilled or pan-fried if you prefer. If you don't have time to marinate overnight, a minimum of 4 hours will still impart good flavor.
