For a spicier slaw, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the vinegar mixture. If you don't have a grill, the chicken can be pan-seared or baked in the oven. Make sure not to overcook the coleslaw, it should just be wilted, not soggy. Feel free to substitute maple syrup for molasses if desired.
