For an extra layer of flavor, try browning the butter slightly before adding the garlic. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried parsley can be used (use about 1 teaspoon). Zucchini noodles can release water during cooking. If they become too watery, drain the excess liquid before adding the meatballs.
