Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
10 mins

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and white wine. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are softened and most of the wine has evaporated, leaving about 1/4 cup of liquid. Remove the mushroom mixture from the saucepan and set aside. (10 minutes)

03

Step
10 mins

Arrange the cooked crabmeat in the bottom of a small baking dish (approximately 8x8 inches). Layer the mushroom mixture evenly over the crab. Sprinkle the green onions and halved grapes over the mushrooms. Drizzle the remaining butter and wine mixture from the saucepan over the top. Finally, crumble the Stilton cheese evenly over the dish. (10 minutes)

04

Step
12 mins

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dish is heated through, the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden brown. (12 minutes)

05

Step

Let stand for a few minutes before serving.

For a richer flavor, consider using brown butter instead of regular melted butter.
If Stilton cheese is unavailable, substitute with a good-quality blue cheese or Gorgonzola.
Serve immediately with crusty bread or crackers for scooping up the delicious crab mixture.

A great way to use leftover crab. The grapes add a surprising sweetness that balances the cheese.

I was skeptical about the cheese and crab combo but this recipe is amazing!

Easy to follow and really impressed my dinner guests. I used blue cheese and it worked great.
