Follow The Directions

01

Step

Combine all ingredients into a nearly empty mayonnaise jar, ensuring at least 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise remains. (1 minute)

02

Step

Seal the jar tightly with its lid. (10 seconds)

03

Step

Shake vigorously for approximately 2 minutes, until the dressing emulsifies into a creamy consistency. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, adding more salt, pepper, or herbs to your preference. (1 minute)

05

Step

Pour the dressing into a serving dish or use directly from the jar. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator for later use. (30 seconds)

For a smoother dressing, consider using an immersion blender directly in the jar after shaking. Be careful to ensure the jar is heat-safe if you've recently washed it with hot water.
Experiment with different herbs and spices to customize the flavor profile. A dash of Dijon mustard can also add depth and creaminess.
If you don't have fresh herbs, dried herbs can be substituted. Use about 1/2 teaspoon of each dried herb.
This dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before each use as the ingredients may separate.
