For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce. If you don't have turkey stock, chicken stock works perfectly well. Feel free to experiment with different types of cheese. Gruyere or Parmesan would also be delicious. This dish is even better the next day! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
