For a smoother sauce, use an immersion blender to puree a portion of the cranberry sauce after cooking. Adjust the sweetness to your liking by adding more honey or sugar, a tablespoon at a time. This sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
