Follow The Directions

01

Step

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, and crushed garlic. Mix well until thoroughly combined. (5 minutes)

02

Step

Transfer the herbed butter mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Divide into 12 equal portions. Freeze until solid. (20 minutes)

03

Step

Divide the ground chicken into 12 equal portions. Gently shape each portion into a ball, then create a deep indentation in the center using your thumb. (10 minutes)

04

Step

Place one frozen herbed butter portion into the indentation of each chicken ball. Carefully wrap the chicken around the butter, ensuring it's completely sealed. (15 minutes)

05

Step

In one bowl, beat the eggs. In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well. (5 minutes)

06

Step

Dip each chicken ball into the beaten eggs, then dredge it in the seasoned bread crumbs, ensuring it's fully coated. For an extra crispy crust, dip it back into the egg and then back into the bread crumbs. (10 minutes)

07

Step

Place the breaded chicken balls on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 10 minutes to help them maintain their shape during cooking. (10 minutes)

08

Step

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). (5 minutes)

09

Step

Place half of the chicken balls into the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray. (2 minutes)

10

Step

Air fry for 5 minutes, then carefully flip the balls over with tongs. Spray again with cooking spray. (5 minutes)

11

Step

Continue to air fry for another 5 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy. A meat thermometer should register 165°F (74°C). (5 minutes)

12

Step

Repeat the process with the remaining chicken balls. (12 minutes)

13

Step

Serve immediately and enjoy the burst of flavor!

For best results, ensure the butter is fully frozen before wrapping it in the chicken.
Freezing the breaded chicken balls helps them hold their shape and prevents the butter from melting too quickly during air frying.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches to ensure even cooking and maximum crispiness.
Adjust cooking time as needed depending on your air fryer model.
