Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350-400°F or 175-200°C) and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking. (5 minutes)

02

Step

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chopped basil, and chopped thyme. Season generously with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Allow the flavors to meld together for at least 5 minutes. (5 minutes)

03

Step

Brush the cut side of each peach half generously with the herb-infused oil mixture, ensuring even coverage. (2 minutes)

04

Step

Place the peach halves, cut-side down, on the preheated grill. Grill until the peaches are softened, slightly caramelized, and have beautiful grill marks, about 4 minutes. (4 minutes)

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the oil mixture for a touch of heat.
Serve the grilled peaches immediately as a side dish, or as a topping for salads, grilled chicken, or even pizza.
Ensure the peaches are ripe but still firm to hold their shape on the grill. Slightly underripe peaches work best.
If you don't have fresh herbs, you can use dried, but reduce the amount by half as dried herbs have a more concentrated flavor.
