For a milder salsa, remove the seeds and membranes from the jalapeños before dicing. Adjust the amount of jalapeños to your preferred level of spiciness. Freshly squeezed lime juice will provide the best flavor. If you don't have fresh cilantro, you can use 1 tablespoon of dried cilantro, but fresh is recommended.
