For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar in the butterscotch sauce. If you don't have individual serving dishes, you can assemble the trifle in a large glass bowl. The gingerbread can be made a day ahead of time and stored in an airtight container. Adjust the amount of Stevia In The Raw® to your desired sweetness level. For an extra touch, sprinkle chopped nuts or candied ginger on top of the trifle.
