Follow The Directions

01

Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

02

Step

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.

03

Step

Combine potatoes and butter in a large bowl; stir to coat. Add chicken stock, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, onion, sour cream, powdered milk, chives, tarragon, sea salt, sage, and black pepper; stir well. Fold in egg until well incorporated. Pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

04

Step

Bake in the preheated oven until browned and eggs are set, 30 to 40 minutes.

For an extra layer of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
Feel free to experiment with different cheeses, such as Gruyere or cheddar, to create your own unique blend.
To make this casserole vegetarian, substitute vegetable broth for chicken stock.
If you don't have fresh herbs on hand, dried herbs can be used. Use 1 teaspoon of dried herbs in place of 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs.
