Follow The Directions

01

Step
5 mins

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). (5 minutes)

02

Step
2 mins

Pierce pork roast multiple times with a fork and place into a roasting bag. Pour Chardonnay wine over the roast. Sprinkle ground ginger, minced garlic, rosemary, and ground black pepper over the roast, respectively. Seal roasting bag. (10 minutes)

03

Step
10 mins

Cook until pork is slightly pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). (60 minutes)

For best results, use a dry Chardonnay. If you don't have a roasting bag, you can use a roasting pan covered tightly with foil. Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing to allow the juices to redistribute.
Serve with roasted vegetables or a side of mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
