For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a pinch of turmeric to the juice. If you don't have a juice extractor, you can blend the ingredients with a little water and then strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or fine-mesh sieve. Adjust the amount of ginger to your liking. A little goes a long way! Feel free to experiment with different types of apples. Honeycrisp or Fuji apples would also work well in this recipe.
